Borderlands 1.20 patch is live

Been playing Borderland’s alot? Well you probably already have been prompted to update to version 1.20. The patch is 53 MB and contains the following fixes that have been addressed in PS3 and 360 versions. Lots of reviews have been marking down the game for the bugs it shipped with, and this is understandable. For the list of fixes and workarounds from the borderlands forums hit the jump! Fixed
a bug which caused players and other things in the world to appear incorrectly on clients in networked games
fixed a bug in which players gibbed in arena combat disappeared
fixed a bug which caused the dollars counter to spin continuously
fixed a bug that caused the digger elevator to be unusable after completing the Find Tannis mission
Weapon mapping to the D-pad should no longer reverse left and right
various localization and other text and tooltip corrections
The introductory quests with CL4P-TP should now always progress properly all the time
Lilith’s Phase Strike ability now works as intended
Load times have been improved

Verified Solution: As of 10/20/09, an update with a hot fix for this issue has been applied already on the back-end, user doesn’t have to do anything for this to function properly now – just play the game!

Solution: A hotfix for this issue has been discovered and is being applied. This hotfix is invisible – users don’t have to do anything for this to function properly. Issue: PC players experiencing difficulty connecting to multiplayer games
Solution: You need to do a few things if you are experiencing this problem:
- The host must have these four ports forwarded:
7777 (TCP/UDP)
28900 (TCP)
27900 (UDP)
28910 (TCP).
