Sam Raimi Confirmed to Direct WoW Movie
Sam Raimi, director of the Spiderman Trilogy, The Evil Dead, and Drag Me to Hell, is going to be the director of the World of Warcraft Movie. “At its core, Warcraft is a fantastic, action-packed story,” said Raimi. “I am thrilled to work with such a dynamite production team to bring this project to the big screen.”
Will this movie be able to get WoW players to get to the theater to watch, or will it end up being a download on the internet? Also, will Sam Raimi’s cult following get non WoW players to go out to theaters to watch the movie as well?
